Refund & Cancellation Policy

Agent RN, PLLC understands that circumstances change, and registrants may be unable to attend a care workshop due to various personal reasons. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@agentrn.org within 24 hours of a scheduled care workshop to receive a full refund of the registration fee to the origional payment method.

 

Cancellation of individual care workshop sessions on behalf of participants is not permitted. A care workshop session cancellation due to inclement weather on behalf of Agent RN, PLLC will be rescheduled. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled session may receive an optional refund of 20% of the registration fee or attend a make-up session at a later care workshop date.

 

​​​Care Workshops (Private, Connecticut)​​

Hosts cancelling a private large group care workshop within 24 hours of their scheduled reservation will receive a refund of the deposit fee to their original payment method.

Care Workshops (Private, Domestic)​​

Hosts cancelling a private large group care workshop greater than 96 hours prior to their scheduled reservation will receive a refund of the deposit fee to their original payment method.
